Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease your angel food cake pan.
