Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Chop artichoke hearts and mince garlic.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Fold in the artichokes until evenly mixed.
  • Spread mixture into a baking dish.
  • Top with extra mozzarella.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  • Cool slightly and serve with keto dippers.
