- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt & pepper
- 1/4 cup pickles optional
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Spread shredded mozzarella and cheddar into a round shape and bake for 8-10 minutes.
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned, then season. Cook and crumble bacon.
