Ingredients
  

  • 12 –14 bacon strips
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp ranch seasoning
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chopped chives/parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheet with parchment.
  • Mix cream cheese, cheddar, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  • Spread cheese mixture on bacon strips and roll tightly.
  • Place roll-ups on baking sheet and bake 15–20 minutes until bacon is crispy.
  • Garnish with chives or parsley. Serve warm.
