Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus
  • 8-10 slices bacon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash the asparagus and snap off the tough ends by bending the stalks.
  • Partially cook the bacon until it’s halfway done for better wrapping.
  • Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
  • Place the wrapped spears on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bacon is crispy and the asparagus is tender.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, and serve hot or at room temperature.
