- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- 12 slices bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, onion, garlic, almond flour, parmesan, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
