Ingredients
  

  • Sea Bass Fillets 2 pieces, 6-8 oz each
  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic Powder 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Dried Oregano 1 tsp
  • Lemon 1
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly with olive oil.
  • Place the sea bass fillets in the prepared baking dish.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the fish and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Use a basting brush to spread the seasonings evenly over the fish.
  • Zest the lemon and sprinkle the zest over the fish, then squeeze the lemon juice over it.
  • Bake the fish for 12-15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or additional lemon slices and serve immediately.
