Ingredients
  

  • Almond Flour 2 cups
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Swerve or Erythritol 1/4 cup
  • Cinnamon 1 tsp
  • Chopped Walnuts 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Almonds 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Pistachios 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
  • Stevia or Erythritol Syrup for glaze

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine almond flour, melted butter, Swerve or erythritol, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  • Press the dough into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, combine walnuts, almonds, and pistachios.
  • Sprinkle the nut mixture evenly over the dough base.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
  • In a small saucepan, simmer water and sweetener to create the syrup.
  • Pour the syrup over the baked bars and let them cool completely.
  • Cut into squares and enjoy!
