  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ½ cup keto-friendly sweetener
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 ½ tsp banana extract
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin.
  • Mix almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Whisk eggs, melted butter, almond milk, and banana extract.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  • Fold in walnuts (optional).
  • Divide batter evenly into muffin cups.
  • Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and toothpick comes out clean.
