  • Almond flour 2 cups
  • Coconut flour 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Banana extract 1 tsp
  • Eggs 4 large
  • Unsweetened almond milk 1/4 cup
  • Butter 1/4 cup, melted
  • Low-carb sweetener 1/3 cup
  • Chopped walnuts 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan.
  • Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Beat eggs; add butter, banana extract, vanilla, almond milk, and sweetener.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  • Fold in walnuts.
  • Pour batter into loaf pan. Sprinkle walnuts on top.
  • Bake 45–50 minutes. Cool before slicing.
