- Coconut flour 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Banana extract 1 tsp
- Eggs 4 large
- Unsweetened almond milk 1/4 cup
- Butter 1/4 cup, melted
- Low-carb sweetener 1/3 cup
- Chopped walnuts 1/2 cup
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan.
