Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds of pork shoulder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Season the pork shoulder with smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook the pork in a slow cooker or pressure cooker until tender.
  • Shred the pork and mix with BBQ sauce.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare the pizza crust.
  • Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes.
  • Assemble the pizza with BBQ sauce, pulled pork, cheddar cheese, and onion.
  • Bake the pizza until cheese is melted.
