Ingredients
  

  • Pork ribs 2 racks
  • Paprika 1 tbsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tbsp
  • Onion powder 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar-free ketchup 1 cup
  • Erythritol 1/4 cup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300°F.
  • Remove the membrane from the ribs and season thoroughly.
  • Wrap ribs in foil and bake for 3 hours.
  • Prepare the BBQ sauce by whisking all sauce ingredients.
  • Brush sauce on ribs and broil until caramelized.
  • Slice and serve with extra sauce.
