Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Beef (Chuck or Ground)
  • 4 cups Cabbage (chopped)
  • 1 Carrot (diced)
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • Salt and Pepper
