- 1 lb Beef (Chuck or Ground)
- 4 cups Cabbage (chopped)
- 1 Carrot (diced)
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 2 Bay Leaves
- Salt and Pepper
