Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb beef ribeye or sirloin
  • 4 green onions
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Freeze beef for 15-20 minutes, then slice thinly.
