  • Almond Flour 2 cups
  • Coconut Flour 2 tbsp
  • Baking Powder 1 tbsp
  • Eggs 3 large
  • Keto-Friendly Beer or Carbonated Water 1 cup
  • Butter 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Beat eggs, melted butter, and keto-friendly beer in another bowl.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, then cool before slicing.
