Ingredients
  

  • Ground beef: 1 lb
  • Cheddar cheese: 1 ½ cups shredded
  • Onion: 1 small finely chopped
  • Pickles: ½ cup diced (use dill pickles for a classic tang)
  • Big Mac Sauce: ¾ cup made with ½ cup mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, and a pinch of salt
  • Lettuce: 1 cup shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a casserole dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayo, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to make the Big Mac sauce.
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet, adding onions until soft. Drain excess fat.
  • In the casserole dish, layer the cooked beef and onions, followed by pickles and half of the cheese.
  • Drizzle half of the Big Mac sauce on top of the beef, then layer the remaining cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Top with shredded lettuce and serve with the remaining Big Mac sauce.
