Ingredients
  

  • Ground beef 1 lb
  • Shredded lettuce 4 cups
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Pickles ½ cup, diced
  • Onion ¼ cup, diced
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Sugar-free ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Dill pickle juice 1 tbsp
  • Yellow mustard 1 tsp
  • Paprika ½ tsp
  • Onion powder ½ tsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle juice, mustard, paprika, and onion powder. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
