Ingredients
  

  • 150 g almond flour
  • 60 g whey protein isolate
  • 100 g eggs 2
  • 100 g full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 25 g Parmesan
  • 150 g mozzarella shredded
  • 150 g sugar-free tomato sauce
  • 150 g cooked shredded chicken
  • Baking powder salt, garlic powder, basil/oregano

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F. Line a baking sheet.
  • Mix dry: almond flour, whey, baking powder, salt, garlic powder.
  • Whisk eggs, yogurt, olive oil; combine with dry mix and fold in Parmesan.
  • Portion into 6 rounds, flatten to 1 cm thick.
  • Blind-bake bases 10–12 minutes until set.
  • Top with sauce (~1 tbsp each), chicken, and mozzarella.
  • Bake 6–8 minutes until cheese melts; broil 1 minute if desired.
  • Garnish with basil, serve warm.
