- 150 g almond flour
- 60 g whey protein isolate
- 100 g eggs 2
- 100 g full-fat Greek yogurt
- 20 g olive oil
- 25 g Parmesan
- 150 g mozzarella shredded
- 150 g sugar-free tomato sauce
- 150 g cooked shredded chicken
- Baking powder salt, garlic powder, basil/oregano
Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F. Line a baking sheet.
Mix dry: almond flour, whey, baking powder, salt, garlic powder.
Whisk eggs, yogurt, olive oil; combine with dry mix and fold in Parmesan.
Portion into 6 rounds, flatten to 1 cm thick.
Blind-bake bases 10–12 minutes until set.
Top with sauce (~1 tbsp each), chicken, and mozzarella.
Bake 6–8 minutes until cheese melts; broil 1 minute if desired.
Garnish with basil, serve warm.
