Ingredients
  

For the Biscuits:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup cold butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 oz cream cheese

For the Sausage Gravy:

  • 1/2 lb ground sausage
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter, then mix in egg and cream cheese to form dough. Scoop into 6 portions, flatten slightly, and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • Brown sausage in a skillet. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, cream cheese, and spices. Simmer until thickened.
  • Serve biscuits topped with gravy.
