  • 1 packet 0.3 oz sugar-free blackberry gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries chopped

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  • Stir in cold water and cool slightly.
  • Whisk in cream and sour cream.
  • Fold in blackberries.
