Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 2 tbsp  coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1-2 tbsp powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • pinch of salt
  • shredded coconut, crushed nuts, or unsweetened cocoa powder (optional toppings)

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, combine almond flour, shredded coconut, coconut oil, almond butter, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Blend until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency
  • If the mixture is too crumbly, add more almond butter or a few drops of water until it holds together.
  • Scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it between your palms to form a small ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  • If desired, roll each ball in shredded coconut, crushed nuts, or cocoa powder for added texture and flavor.
  • Place the bliss balls on a baking tray or plate. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until firm.
  • Once chilled, enjoy your bliss balls. Store leftovers in the fridge to keep them fresh.
