- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1-2 tbsp powdered erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- pinch of salt
- shredded coconut, crushed nuts, or unsweetened cocoa powder (optional toppings)
In a food processor, combine almond flour, shredded coconut, coconut oil, almond butter, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Blend until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency
If the mixture is too crumbly, add more almond butter or a few drops of water until it holds together.
Scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it between your palms to form a small ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
If desired, roll each ball in shredded coconut, crushed nuts, or cocoa powder for added texture and flavor.
Place the bliss balls on a baking tray or plate. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until firm.
Once chilled, enjoy your bliss balls. Store leftovers in the fridge to keep them fresh.
