Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 –3 tbsp powdered sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, simmer blueberries, sweetener, and water for 8–10 minutes. Let cool.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetener and vanilla. Gradually mix in heavy cream until fluffy.
  • Mix almond flour, melted butter, and sweetener. Optional: lightly toast in a pan.
  • Layer: crumble, cheesecake mousse, blueberry compote. Repeat layers.
  • Chill for 1 hour (optional) or serve immediately.
