- 1 cup blueberries
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 –3 tbsp powdered sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp water
In a small saucepan, simmer blueberries, sweetener, and water for 8–10 minutes. Let cool.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetener and vanilla. Gradually mix in heavy cream until fluffy.
Mix almond flour, melted butter, and sweetener. Optional: lightly toast in a pan.
