Ingredients
  

  • Greek Yogurt (1 cup)
  • Blueberries (1/2 cup)
  • Vanilla Protein Powder (2 scoops)
  • Almond Flour (1/4 cup)
  • Sweetener (2-3 tbsp)
  • Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (1/4 cup)
  • Lemon Zest (1 tsp, optional)
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions
 

  • Whisk Greek yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla protein powder until smooth.
  • Fold in almond flour until well combined.
  • Add blueberries, coconut flakes, and lemon zest, mixing gently.
  • Spoon mixture into silicone molds, pressing lightly.
  • Freeze for 2-3 hours or until fully set.
  • Pop out the bites and store in a freezer-safe container. Enjoy directly from the freezer or after softening slightly.
