Ingredients
  

  • Almond Flour: 2 cups
  • Mozzarella Cheese: 1 ½ cups
  • Cream Cheese: 4 oz
  • Eggs: 2 large
  • Baking Powder: 1 ½ teaspoons
  • Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: ½ teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave until melted, stirring until smooth.
  • Add the eggs to the cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
  • Turn the dough onto parchment paper and roll it out into a ½-inch thick rectangle.
  • Cut the dough into strips, then twist each strip into a spiral shape.
  • Place the twists on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
