- Almond Flour: 2 cups
- Coconut Flour: 2 tbsp
- Baking Powder: 2 tsp
- Eggs: 4 large
- Butter: 4 tbsp
- Heavy Cream: 2 tbsp
- Sweetener: 1 tbsp
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, sweetener, and salt in a bowl.
Whisk eggs, melted butter, and heavy cream in another bowl.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
Shape the dough into 8 equal balls and place them on the baking sheet.
Brush the tops with egg wash or butter.
Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
