Ingredients
  

  • Almond Flour: 2 cups
  • Coconut Flour: 2 tbsp
  • Baking Powder: 2 tsp
  • Eggs: 4 large
  • Butter: 4 tbsp
  • Heavy Cream: 2 tbsp
  • Sweetener: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: 1/2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, sweetener, and salt in a bowl.
  • Whisk eggs, melted butter, and heavy cream in another bowl.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  • Shape the dough into 8 equal balls and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops with egg wash or butter.
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let the buns cool before serving.
