- 2 cups broccoli finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Finely chop broccoli or pulse in a food processor.
Steam broccoli until tender and pat dry.
In a bowl, mix broccoli, cheese, eggs, almond flour, and seasonings.
Shape mixture into 2-3 inch patties.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry patties for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Serve warm with your favorite dip.
