Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups broccoli finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop broccoli or pulse in a food processor.
  • Steam broccoli until tender and pat dry.
  • In a bowl, mix broccoli, cheese, eggs, almond flour, and seasonings.
  • Shape mixture into 2-3 inch patties.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry patties for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dip.
