- 4 cups broccoli chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter in a large pot and sauté chopped onions until soft. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Pour in chicken broth and add chopped broccoli. Simmer for 10-12 minutes until tender.
