Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb beef strips
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 3 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Slice beef into thin strips and marinate with coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, and salt.
  • Heat oil in a skillet, sear beef until browned, and set aside.
  • Add more oil, sauté broccoli and mushrooms until tender.
  • Whisk beef broth and xanthan gum, pour into skillet, and stir to thicken.
  • Return beef to the skillet, toss everything together, and adjust seasoning.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
