- 1 lb beef strips
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 3 tbsp coconut aminos
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- Salt and pepper
Slice beef into thin strips and marinate with coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, and salt.
Heat oil in a skillet, sear beef until browned, and set aside.
Add more oil, sauté broccoli and mushrooms until tender.
Whisk beef broth and xanthan gum, pour into skillet, and stir to thicken.
Return beef to the skillet, toss everything together, and adjust seasoning.
