- Erythritol – ½ cup
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – ¼ tsp
- Eggs – 3 large
- Unsalted butter – ¼ cup melted
- Unsweetened almond milk – ¼ cup
- Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- Sugar-free chocolate chips – ¼ cup optional
