Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add sweetener and mix well.
  • In another bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients and stir in chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Cool, cut into squares, and enjoy!
