Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered keto sweetener
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix peanut butter, sweetener, butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20-30 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir until smooth.
  • Dip peanut butter balls into melted chocolate, leaving a small uncovered spot.
  • Refrigerate until chocolate is firm. Enjoy!
