Ingredients
  

  • Chicken breast: 1 cup cooked and shredded
  • Shredded cheddar cheese: ½ cup
  • Cream cheese: 2 oz softened
  • Buffalo sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Almond flour: 2 tbsp
  • Egg: 1 large
  • Baking powder: ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder: ¼ tsp
  • Salt and pepper: to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook and shred the chicken breast.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, egg, baking powder, salt.
  • Add the buffalo chicken mixture into the almond flour mixture and stir until fully combined.
  • Preheat the chaffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Scoop the buffalo chicken mixture onto the chaffle maker and spread it out evenly.
  • Close the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
