- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 6-8 keto tortillas
- 2 tbsp butter melted
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) or set the air fryer to 375°F if using.
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
Lay out the keto tortillas and evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture onto each one. Spread the mixture in a thin line across the lower third of each tortilla.
Roll each tortilla tightly around the filling to form taquitos. Place them seam-side down on a lined baking sheet or air fryer basket.
Brush the tops of the taquitos with melted butter for extra crispiness.
Baking option: Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
Air fryer option: Cook at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
