Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup Erythritol
  • ¼ cup Ghee
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Almonds optional

Instructions
 

  • Melt the ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Add shredded coconut and almond flour, stirring to combine.
  • Add sweetener and heavy cream, stir until dissolved.
  • Simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Stir in cardamom powder.
  • Line a tray with parchment paper and press the mixture into it.
  • Garnish with chopped almonds.
  • Cool for 1 hour, then cut into squares or diamonds.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.
