This Keto Butter Paneer is a rich and creamy Indian-inspired dish with low carbs, packed with flavor, and made with soft paneer simmered in a buttery sauce.

- Paneer: 400g
- Butter: 3 tbsp
- Heavy Cream: 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes: 2 medium or 1/2 cup puree
- Onion: 1 small
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Ginger: 1 tsp
- Spices Garam masala, cumin, turmeric, coriander
- Salt and Pepper
Cube the paneer and brown it in butter.
Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger in the same pan.
Add spices and cook for a minute.
Stir in tomatoes and cook until thickened.
Blend for a smoother sauce (optional).
Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper, then simmer.
Fold in the paneer and cook for 5 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro and serve.
