Equipment

  • Non-stick skillet or sauté pan
  • Wooden spoon or spatula
  • Knife and Chopping Board
  • Blender or food processor (optional)

Ingredients
  

  • Paneer: 400g
  • Butter: 3 tbsp
  • Heavy Cream: 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes: 2 medium or 1/2 cup puree
  • Onion: 1 small
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Ginger: 1 tsp
  • Spices Garam masala, cumin, turmeric, coriander
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cube the paneer and brown it in butter.
  • Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger in the same pan.
  • Add spices and cook for a minute.
  • Stir in tomatoes and cook until thickened.
  • Blend for a smoother sauce (optional).
  • Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper, then simmer.
  • Fold in the paneer and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve.
