Ingredients
  

  • Almond Flour: 1 ½ cups
  • Unsalted Butter: 6 tbsp
  • Keto Sweetener: ½ cup total
  • Cream Cheese: 8 oz
  • Heavy Whipping Cream: 1 cup
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix almond flour, melted butter, and sweetener until combined. Press into pie dish. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool.
  • Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sweetener.
  • Add heavy cream in parts, beating until soft peaks form.
  • Blend in vanilla and softened butter until smooth.
  • Pour filling into crust. Refrigerate 4+ hours.
