  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour melted butter into a baking dish, ensuring it evenly coats the bottom.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, beat eggs, heavy cream, and apple cider vinegar until smooth and fully incorporated.
