Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cabbage
  • 6 cups broth
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 celery stalks
  • ½ onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chop all vegetables into desired sizes.
  • Heat olive oil in a large pot and sauté onion and garlic.
  • Add cabbage, zucchini, celery, and tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Pour in broth and add spices. Stir well.
  • Simmer for 25–30 minutes.
