1 medium cabbage 6 cups broth 1 zucchini 2 celery stalks ½ onion 3 garlic cloves 1 cup tomatoes 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp cumin Salt and pepper
Chop all vegetables into desired sizes.
Heat olive oil in a large pot and sauté onion and garlic.
