- Almond flour – 1 cup
- Butter – 1/2 cup
- Sweetener – 1/3 cup
- Cream cheese – 16 oz
- Sour cream – 1/4 cup
- Eggs – 2 large
- Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- Cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
- Chocolate chips optional – 1/4 cup
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, and sweetener. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
Stir in vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sweetener.
Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth it out.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is jiggly.
Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
