Ingredients
  

  • Almond flour – 1 cup
  • Butter – 1/2 cup
  • Sweetener – 1/3 cup
  • Cream cheese – 16 oz
  • Sour cream – 1/4 cup
  • Eggs – 2 large
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
  • Chocolate chips optional – 1/4 cup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, and sweetener. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  • In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  • Stir in vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sweetener.
  • Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth it out.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is jiggly.
  • Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Slice and enjoy!
