- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes diced
- 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella diced
- 2 tbsp fresh basil chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar optional
Halve avocados and remove the pit. Scoop out some flesh to make room for the filling.
