Ingredients
  

  • cups almond flour
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp erythritol
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup allulose
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare crust. Bake for 10–12 mins. Cool.
  • Mix cheesecake filling and pour over crust.
  • Bake 45–50 mins. Let cool gradually. Chill 4+ hours.
  • Make caramel sauce. Stir in pecans.
  • Spoon topping over chilled cheesecake.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate on top.
  • Chill again briefly. Slice and enjoy!
