- Eggs – 4 large
- Ground Beef – 1/2 lb
- Heavy Cream – 1/4 cup
- Cheese – 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- Baking Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Salt & Pepper – to taste
Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned and drain excess fat.
Whisk the eggs and heavy cream in a mixing bowl.
Add the cooked beef and cheese to the wet mixture and stir.
