Ingredients
  

  • Ground beef 1 lb
  • Romaine lettuce 4 cups
  • Shredded cheddar cheese ½ cup
  • Tomatoes 1 medium
  • Red onion ¼ medium
  • Catalina dressing 3-4 tbsp
  • Cilantro optional, 1 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet, breaking it up as it cooks.
  • Add taco seasoning and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Chop lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion. Place in a large bowl.
  • Add the cooked beef mixture to the salad base and toss.
