Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cauliflower head
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Chop the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until finely riced.
  • Wring out the cauliflower to remove excess moisture.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cauliflower, eggs, mozzarella cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the dough into a loaf or several rolls and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
