Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups riced cauliflower
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

Instructions
 

  • Rice the cauliflower and remove excess moisture.
  • In a bowl, mix cauliflower, egg, parmesan, almond flour, and seasonings.
  • Shape the mixture into cutlets and flatten slightly.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Remove from heat and serve warm with a keto-friendly dip.
