- 2 cups riced cauliflower
- 1 egg
- ½ cup grated parmesan
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
Rice the cauliflower and remove excess moisture.
In a bowl, mix cauliflower, egg, parmesan, almond flour, and seasonings.
Shape the mixture into cutlets and flatten slightly.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
