Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Steam or boil cauliflower until tender, then pulse into a fine rice-like texture using a food processor.
  • Squeeze out excess moisture using a kitchen towel.
  • In a bowl, mix cauliflower, egg, cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
  • Shape mixture into tots and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Broil for extra crispiness if desired.
  • Serve warm with your favorite keto-friendly dips.
