- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix chicken, cheese, egg, almond flour, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.
Scoop mixture into balls and place on the sheet.
Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and crisp.
