Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk eggs and cream cheese until smooth, then add to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  • Fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese and crumbled bacon.
  • Shape the dough into small rolls and place on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Optionally, brush with melted butter before serving.
