Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Parmesan)
  • garlic powder, Italian seasoning, or chili flakes for seasoning (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Place small mounds of shredded cheese (about 1 tablespoon each) onto the baking sheet, leaving about 1-2 inches of space between each mound. Sprinkle any seasonings on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 5-8 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden brown. Keep a close eye on them to avoid over-baking!
  • Let the cheese chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack to finish setting.
