- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Parmesan)
- garlic powder, Italian seasoning, or chili flakes for seasoning (optional)
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Place small mounds of shredded cheese (about 1 tablespoon each) onto the baking sheet, leaving about 1-2 inches of space between each mound. Sprinkle any seasonings on top.
