Ingredients
  

  • Ground Beef – 1 lb
  • Low-Carb Tortillas – 4
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese – 1 cup
  • Pickles – 1/4 cup
  • Mustard – 1 tbsp
  • Sugar-Free Ketchup – 1 tbsp
  • Onion – 1 small
  • Butter or Oil – 1 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
  • Season the beef with salt, pepper, and spices. Add the chopped onions and cook for 2-3 minutes until soft.
  • Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle cheese on top. Add the beef mixture, pickles, mustard, and ketchup.
  • Add more cheese, then top with another tortilla.
  • Flip the quesadilla carefully and cook until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the skillet, slice into wedges, and serve immediately.
